I started pole dancing in 2014 while living in Kelowna and working at a welding shop.

I joined a class at OPD to make friends and quickly fell in love with the sport. After moving back to Cranbrook, I bought my first pole and trained obsessively, eventually sharing my progress online. I dreamed of opening a pole fitness studio in Cranbrook, and with the support of a friend who helped me get certified, I began teaching in my basement. Studio Chrome started in 2020 during the pandemic, and I expanded from one-on-one sessions to group classes, eventually quitting my job to focus on pole full-time.

I’ve trained at various studios across Canada and Thailand to become the best instructor possible. Certified by the Canadian Pole Fitness Association and as a personal trainer, I’ve created a beginner-friendly pole program at Studio Chrome that is self-paced and suitable for all fitness levels, with progression to intermediate classes.
